外加劑儲(chǔ)罐清洗的注意事項(xiàng)：

1、清洗前需打開(kāi)儲(chǔ)罐通風(fēng)，外加劑一般都要求密閉儲(chǔ)存，存放于陰涼通風(fēng)處，避免雨水污染或陽(yáng)光暴曬。長(zhǎng)期密閉存儲(chǔ)極易導(dǎo)致儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)氧氣不足。外加劑特別是萘系磺酸鹽系列外加劑產(chǎn)品，由于生產(chǎn)過(guò)程中本身要使用甲醛、濃硫酸、工業(yè)萘等有毒化工原料，夏天溫度高時(shí)，在儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)也會(huì)釋放大量甲醛等有毒氣體。

2、清洗儲(chǔ)罐時(shí)需輪流作業(yè)，外加劑儲(chǔ)罐口徑較小，工人在儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)清理作業(yè)時(shí)，大強(qiáng)度的勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度會(huì)導(dǎo)致儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)氧氣不足。在進(jìn)行儲(chǔ)罐清理時(shí)，需要2-3名員工輪流作業(yè)清理，每10-15分鐘輪換，避免單人作業(yè)。若條件允許，在外加劑儲(chǔ)罐入口處放置一臺(tái)電風(fēng)扇，一方面可加速儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)空氣流動(dòng)，也可以降低儲(chǔ)罐內(nèi)溫度。

3、必須配備相應(yīng)的防護(hù)措施工人在進(jìn)入儲(chǔ)罐清理之前，必須配備安全繩、防護(hù)罩、雨靴等防護(hù)措施。外加劑本身屬于化工品，本身對(duì)皮膚有一些傷害。工人在進(jìn)入清理，若感到身體不適，應(yīng)立即停止清理，以免發(fā)生意外。
3. Workers must be equipped with corresponding protective measures before entering the tank to clean up, they must be equipped with safety ropes, protective covers, boots and other protective measures. Admixture itself is a chemical product, and it has some damage to the skin itself. If the workers are in the clean-up area, if they feel unwell, they should stop cleaning immediately, so as to avoid any accidents.
