為了使冷凝器在比較好的狀態(tài)下運(yùn)行，就必須對冷凝器進(jìn)行專門的化學(xué)藥物處理，清除水垢、銹蝕、粘泥、殺菌和防腐蝕處理，還原成清潔的金屬表面。

冷凝器清洗操作流程：

1、關(guān)閉進(jìn)出水閥門，打開排污閥，檢查進(jìn)出水閥關(guān)閉情況。

2、 打開冷凝器端蓋，在銅管表面取一點水垢，用除垢劑劑做不同濃度配比的除垢試驗。

3、 按低進(jìn)高出方法，正確接好清洗泵。

4、利用外接水泵，往桶中注滿水，啟動清洗泵循環(huán)至水平穩(wěn)。

5、 分次緩慢往桶中加YX-22除垢劑。循環(huán)后用自來水反復(fù)沖洗至 PH值 至7左右。

6、用自來水沖洗清洗泵。
